- I last saw this as a comment that over in Europe, people pronounce his name correctly.. "nicklows virt", approximately, and in America, they pronounce it "Nickles Worth". That is to say, Europeans call him by name, and Americans by value.

AMG: And this sentence is an example of calling him by reference! :^)

DKF - In the UK (as usual) we mix things up, using the European way of pronouncing the first name, but the American way of pronouncing the surname...
